Arne & Carlos is very popular in Scandinavian countries and Europe and the United States for its designs that incorporate Norwegian traditions and a lifestyle of living with nature.
Arne & Carlos is a design duo that was founded in 2002 when Norwegian Arne (Arne Nerjordet) and Swedish Carlos (Carlos Zachrison) met.
They have an atelier in a former train station in Tonsåsen, Valdres, 180km north of Oslo, and are active in their creative activities. Their
designs are characterized by a fusion of traditional Norwegian knitwear, Scandinavian folk art, and motifs inspired by nature, and are very popular in Scandinavia and Europe and the United States.
